1. Agreement to Terms

By adding, interacting with, or using Legend Tracker ("the Bot"), or visiting our website (https://legendtracker.xyz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Usage & Service Availability

Legend Tracker provides free automated notifications, Clash of Clans statistics tracking, and clan management utilities primarily through Discord slash commands.

  • Free Notifications: Any references to "Subscriptions" within the Bot refer solely to automated, free direct message (DM) or channel notifications. They do not involve any monetary payments, paid tiers, or financial transactions.
  • "As-Is" Service: The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Features rely on third-party APIs (including Discord and Supercell) and may experience occasional downtime due to game updates or maintenance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or exploit the Bot or its underlying infrastructure:

  • Do not attempt to bypass command cooldowns, rate limits, or automated throttling mechanisms.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our API or hosting servers.
  • Do not use the Bot to distribute spam, malicious links, or content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to restrict access, block command execution, or reset notification subscriptions for users or Discord servers that violate these terms.

4. Community Features & Content Sharing

In designated channels configured by server administrators (such as army sharing channels and base layout channels), community members may share Clash of Clans game links. You are responsible for ensuring any content shared in these channels complies with Discord's Community Guidelines.

5. Termination

You may stop using Legend Tracker at any time by kicking or banning the Bot from your Discord server, or by running the /unsubscribe and /unlink commands to remove your notification preferences. We reserve the right to suspend service to any server or user at our discretion if terms are breached.

6. Intellectual Property & Supercell Disclaimer

Legend Tracker is an independent community project. This content is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for it. Clash of Clans and its logos are trademarks of Supercell Oy. For more information, see Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect new features, operational changes, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Bot following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
