Legend Tracker ("we", "our", or "the Bot") is a Discord bot providing competitive Clash of Clans statistics, legend day tracking, battle logs, and community sharing tools. We are committed to transparency and respecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to operate the bot's features:

  • Discord Identifiers: Discord User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, and Channel IDs to associate user settings, send command responses, and deliver requested notifications.
  • Clash of Clans Player & Clan Tags: Public player tags provided when you run commands (e.g. /legendday) or link your account (/link).
  • Public Game Data: Public player statistics, trophies, attack and defense counts, and battle logs retrieved directly from the official Supercell Clash of Clans API.
  • Message Content (Limited Scope): In channels explicitly configured by server administrators for army sharing (/setarmychannel) or base sharing (/setbasechannel), the bot temporarily reads messages solely to extract Clash of Clans in-game links.

3. Information We DO NOT Collect

  • We do not collect personal information such as real names, email addresses, passwords, IP addresses, or financial data.
  • We do not read, store, or log general chat messages outside of designated army and base sharing channels.
  • Once in-game links are parsed into embeds, raw chat message content is never stored in any permanent database.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties or advertising networks.

4. How We Use Information

  • To display real-time player statistics, scorecards, and performance graphs.
  • To deliver requested battle DM notifications to subscribed users.
  • To remember linked player tags so users can check stats without re-entering their tag.
  • To format mobile army and base layout links with interactive emojis and buttons in designated channels.

5. Data Storage and Security

Configuration data (such as linked player tags and subscription settings) is securely stored on protected servers. We implement standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of stored data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Users have full control over their data at all times:

  • You can unlink your tag at any time using the /unlink command.
  • You can stop all notifications using the /unsubscribe command.
  • Server administrators can remove channel configurations using /removearmychannel and /removebasechannel.
  • To request complete deletion of any stored data associated with your Discord account, contact us at admin@teamjn.xyz or via our official support channels.

7. Third-Party Services

Legend Tracker utilizes third-party APIs including Discord and the Supercell Clash of Clans API. Use of these services is subject to their respective policies. Clash of Clans is a registered trademark of Supercell Oy, and Legend Tracker operates under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
